Eliza has been a Guest Teacher at Columbia University and Boston College, and, for the past eight years, Acting Technique Instructor for the New York Film Academy’s intensives at Harvard University, also teaching  for their MFA program with St. John’s University. She has taught Empathic Action for At Risk Youth and as a coach for professional actors. Eliza has also been an Acting Instructor at Wheelock Theatre and the Education Director and Composition Facilitator for The Movement Workshop Group in NY. She was an invited presenter to the International Peace Research Association conference in 2011 in Japan, with an emphasis on peace building through the arts. She is currently writing a book, [working title] Lenses: Ways of Seeing, based on Empathic Action Acting.
